Job summary

Repligen Corporation is seeking a Senior Service Systems, Infrastructure & Analytics Manager to lead the systems, data infrastructure, integrations, and analytics that support our global service organization. This role reports to the VP, Service and collaborates across Service, IT, Commercial Operations, Finance, Quality, and Field Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in business systems, analytics, or service operations tech.
• Experience supporting field service or equipment-based service organizations.
• Proven experience designing system integrations, APIs, data flows, and automation.
• Strong experience with Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve global service business processes and standards.
• Translate business needs into scalable system requirements.
• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of service systems globally.
• Design and manage integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and other systems.
• Develop a service master data strategy and enforce data governance.
• Build dashboards and KPI frameworks for data-driven decision making.
• Create Power BI and Tableau reporting solutions.
• Shape adoption of global processes and reporting methodologies.
• Develop training materials and user support programs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Take ownership of strategic initiatives from concept to implementation.
