Convergint in Cincinnati is seeking a full-time Service Coordinator to join our collaborative team. You will dispatch service calls, schedule maintenance, and deliver world-class service while supporting technicians in the field.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone and personal customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic financial knowledge (AP/AR, PO, WO).
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Handles incoming customer calls including service dispatching, tracking and scheduling of calls.
• Creates and dispatches work orders in iCare for scheduling of planned maintenance and service.
• Attends weekly planning sessions and conducts weekly service paperwork reconciliation.
• Monitors subcontractor pricing; processes and approves invoicing.
• Administers the check in/checkout process of Technicians per safety policy.
• Enters work orders into Spectrum and processes orders.
• Maintains customer service binders to maximize satisfaction.
• Procures Parts/Materials for service work orders.
• Provides Service Quotes with Supervisor assistance.
• Schedules and follows up on monthly maintenance accounts and PM visits.
• Maintains customer satisfaction follow-up and feedback procedures.
