Qualifications

• 3–5 years in call center, dispatch, or admin work.
• College degree or trade school or equivalent experience.
• Experience in construction/automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to all incoming customer service calls promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate service with technicians, sub-contractors and customers within designated location.
• Act as lead coordinating the work of others when needed; perform other duties as required.
• Maintain financial awareness for orders, invoices and processes as part of daily tasks.
