Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Service Supervisor to lead our service operations and drive world-class customer service. You will manage service delivery, coordinate teams, and contribute to revenue growth while upholding our values and culture.

You will oversee field service activities, collaborate with specialists and coordinators, and focus on optimizing service performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of field service or project management experience.
• Experience supervising others is preferred.
• Experience in building automation, fire/life-safety, or healthcare industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overall management and leadership of the CTC's service business and operations activities.
• Responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by effectively executing all Convergint Technologies commitments on Customer Service Programs (CSPs), time and material, parts sales and other service duties.
• Responsibilities may include service sales and effective implementation of service sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and margin goals, and maximize service delivery to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Develops and implements Operations strategies that improve service delivery and provide additional value to customers in a cost effective manner.
• Supervise Service Specialists, Service Coordinators, and/or Inspectors in all aspects of service delivery. (Service Coordinators will be direct reports)
• The financial impact is measured in the growth and delivery of Service products in the CTC market.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
