Cytiva is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies unit in the United States. You will lead a global, multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional customer experience from engagement to long-term value realization.

You will own the Go-to-Market strategy, enable cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and R&D, and drive analytics-driven lifecycle improvements across the portfolio.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in Customer Success, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary, global teams.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder leadership across product, R&D, commercial, and operations.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Biotechnology.
• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Experience managing high-performance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute multi-year Customer Success plan for the Resins & Technologies portfolio.
• Establish a unified customer engagement model across insights, analytics, adoption, and governance.
• Own and lead the Go‑to‑Market strategy and planning.
• Coordinate global Sales, Marketing, and R&D enablement through Playbooks and data-driven targeting.
• Drive portfolio growth through analytics, intelligence, and customer-focused value differentiation.
• Lead a high-performing Customer Success organization and lifecycle initiatives.
