Job summary

Cytiva seeks a Senior Director, Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies unit in the United States. You will lead a global, multi-disciplinary team, drive the Go-to-Market strategy, and oversee analytics, adoption, and customer insights.

You will report to the VP of Product Management and work with sales, marketing, and R&D to maximize long-term value for customers. The role focuses on lifecycle management, end-to-end customer journey, and scalable processes for proactive engagement and

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or related field.
Extensive experience in Customer Success, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, or related leadership roles.
Fluency in English, both written and oral.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the Customer Success multi-year plan for the Resins & Technologies portfolio.
Establish a unified customer engagement model across insights, analytics, adoption, and governance.
Own Go-to-Market strategy and planning for the portfolio.
Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success organization.
Drive insights, analytics, and data-driven decision making across the BU.
