Job summary

Cytiva is seeking a Senior Director, Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies unit in the United States. You will lead a global, multi-disciplinary organization delivering exceptional customer experience across the lifecycle—from initial engagement to long-term value realization.

You will collaborate with commercial, product management, strategy, marketing, operations, and R&D to ensure customers receive insights and partnership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Extensive experience leading Customer Success and commercial excellence.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results in a global environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Success multi-year plan for Resins & Technologies.
• Establish a unified customer engagement model across insights, analytics, adoption, and governance.
• Own the Go-to-Market strategy and drive portfolio growth.
• Provide senior oversight for cross-functional planning with Sales, Marketing, and R&D.
• Develop insights and data-driven decision making across the BU.
• Govern end-to-end customer journey and lifecycle initiatives.
