Job summary

Cytiva within the United States seeks a Senior Director, Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies unit to lead a global, multi-disciplinary team delivering exceptional customer experience across the lifecycle—from initial engagement to long-term value realization.

You will own the Go‑to‑Market strategy, align insights with product, R&D and commercial teams, and enable a worldwide Sales, Marketing, and Operations cadence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in a global commercial environment.
• Ability to translate complex customer and market data into strategic guidance.
• Strong stakeholder leadership across product, R&D, commercial, and operations.
• Experience in Customer Insights, Analytics, Market Research, or Commercial Strategy.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Customer Success organization and multi-year plan.
• Own Go-to-Market strategy and cross-functional alignment.
• Drive VoC capabilities and customer insight integration into strategy.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and R&D to enable growth at scale.
• Oversee analytics, segmentation, and whitespace identification.
• Manage planning for Cytiva's new manufacturing site in Muskegon, MI.
