Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Senior Director, Customer Success for the Resins & Technologies group in the United States. You will lead a global, multi-disciplinary team to deliver outstanding customer experience across the lifecycle—from engagement to adoption and long-term value realization.

You will report to the VP for Product Management and collaborate with commercial, product management, strategy, marketing, operations, and R&D to enable market growth, portfolio leadership,

Qualifications

• Fluency in English, both written and oral.
• Extensive experience in Customer Success, Commercial Excellence, Product Management, or related leadership roles.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive results globally.
• Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience with customer insights, analytics, or market research.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year Customer Success plans for Resins & Technologies.
• Own Go-to-Market strategy and organizational enablement across sales, marketing and R&D.
• Drive analytics, segmentation, and adoption analytics to inform strategy.
• Coordinate with global commercial teams and new manufacturing site initiatives.
