Job summary

3M, Boise, ID, is seeking a Global Key Account Manager for the Semiconductor market within the Electronics Materials and Solutions Division. You will manage key global accounts, develop customer strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions across the value chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science or Engineering.
• Five years of experience in materials for the semiconductor device fabrication area in a customer facing role.
• Three years facing at least one key strategic device manufacturer in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Three years of experience in CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization).
• Current, Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage key global semiconductor accounts with advanced solutions.
• Analyze industry trends and communicate needs to the 3M organization.
• Develop customer strategies to grow the business.
• Implement strategies to penetrate key applications across the semiconductor portfolio.
• Collaborate with global EMSD leadership to set operating plans.
• Work across geographies and time zones to deliver customer solutions.
• Use Salesforce to track account progress and coordinate internal teams.
• Aim to achieve sales quota and price attainment per plan.
