• 3+ years facing at least one major device manufacturer.
• 3+ years of CMP experience (Chemical Mechanical Planarization).
• Current, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage key global semiconductor accounts with cutting-edge solutions.
• Identify industry trends and translate needs to 3M teams.
• Develop customer strategies to grow business across portfolio.
• Align with global EMSD leadership to execute plans for growth at key accounts.
• Use Salesforce to communicate needs and track progress.
• Achieve sales quota and price attainment as per operating plan.
