Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to work with the Global Account Manager to execute account strategies, strengthen customer relationships, and identify growth opportunities in US-based customer organizations.

The role will interface with internal teams to support customer requirements and strategic objectives. The position can be located in Mesa, AZ or Boise, ID, and requires travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline required.
• 5–8 years of experience in semiconductor materials, specialty chemicals, technical sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Proven ability to engage TD/R&D, Process Integration, or Materials Engineering teams and translate technical requirements into business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and materials used in leading-edge devices.
• Ability to engage technical, operational, procurement, and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute account strategies with Global Account Manager and support business objectives.
• Serve as primary day-to-day commercial interface for US-based customer organizations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key Strategic Account stakeholders across TD, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
• Coordinate with internal FFEM teams to support customer requirements and strategic objectives.
• Identify opportunities and support adoption of new products and technologies.
• Support pricing reviews, contract activities, and customer business reviews with the Global Account Manager.
• Communicate customer requirements, market intelligence, and competitive information to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate resolution of customer issues with FFEM technology, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Support strategic account initiatives related to customer expansion plans.
