FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to work with the Global Account Manager to execute account strategies and strengthen customer relationships.

You will serve as the primary US-based commercial interface, coordinating with internal teams to support customer requirements and strategic objectives. Location can be Mesa, AZ or Boise, ID, with up to 50% travel.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related technical field.
• 5–8 years experience in semiconductor materials, specialty chemicals, technical sales, or account management.
• Engage with TD/R&D and translate technical requirements into business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and materials used in leading-edge devices.
• Willingness/ability to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Global Account Manager to execute account strategies and support business objectives.
• Serve as primary day-to-day commercial interface for US-based customer organizations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Strategic Account stakeholders across Technology Development, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, and Quality.
• Interface with customer TD/R&D and support product evaluations, qualification activities, and technology roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities and support adoption of new products and technologies.
• Coordinate customer engagement and align FFEM teams with account stakeholders.
• Support commercial discussions, pricing reviews, and contract activities with the Global Account Manager.
• Communicate customer requirements, market intelligence, and business developments to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate resolution of customer issues with FFEM technical, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.
• Support strategic account initiatives related to customer expansion plans.
• Provide regular account activity updates and opportunity assessments to Global Account Manager and FFEM leadership.
