Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to work with the Global Account Manager to drive account strategies and strengthen customer relationships in the US semiconductor space.

The role interfaces with US-based customers and internal teams to support technology engagements, product evaluations, and future opportunities, with travel up to 50% domestically and internationally and locations in Mesa, AZ or Boise, ID.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 5–8 years in semiconductor materials, specialty chemicals, technical sales, or related customer-facing roles.
• Able to engage TD, R&D, Process Integration, or Materials Engineering organizations and translate technical requirements into business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and materials used in leading-edge device manufacturing.
• Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Execute account strategies with Global Account Manager.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day commercial interface for US-based customers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key Strategic Account stakeholders across functions.
• Support product evaluations, qualification activities, and technology roadmap discussions.
• Coordinate with FFEM teams to align on customer requirements and business opportunities.
• Conduct pricing reviews, contract activities, and customer business reviews with Global Account Manager.
• Gather customer requirements, market intelligence, and competitive information for internal teams.
• Communicate customer feedback and opportunity assessments to leadership.
