EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs across global teams. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and manage SAP SPM implementations, integrations and data migration.

Collaborating with sales operations and finance, you will ensure governance, best practices and delivery excellence while exploring AI-driven analytics and process optimization—traveling 40–60% as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience leading SAP SPM or related platforms (Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly).
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with cross-functional global teams and modern SAP methodologies.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Mansioni

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams; govern risk and report to executives.
• Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, enhancements and data migration.
• Define testing strategies, UAT, defect management and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align incentives with enterprise objectives.
