Qualifications

4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs, incl. 4 years in leadership roles.
Experience in SPM, Incentive Compensation, or Sales Compensation transformations.
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.
Experience with SAP SPM or related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP SPM programs across planning to stabilization.
Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance and reporting.
Gather requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, and map roadmaps.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specs.
Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, data migration, and testing strategies.
Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
Support AI-driven analytics, automation, and process optimization.
Align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.
