Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs and global delivery. The role focuses on incentive compensation, commission management, sales planning, and integration with enterprise platforms, driving governance and executive reporting.

The candidate will manage global delivery teams, shape roadmaps, and ensure best practices across SAP SPM implementations, with emphasis on stakeholder alignment and scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience leading SAP transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP SPM transformation initiatives and end-to-end delivery across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization phases.
• Oversee onshore and offshore teams, program governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, conduct fit-gap analyses, and define solution roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for SAP SPM implementations.
• Manage integrations, data migration, testing strategies, UAT, and deployment readiness.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.
