Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead global SPM transformations, incentive compensation programs, and enterprise delivery. You will drive end-to-end SAP SPM programs across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization, coordinating onshore and offshore teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

You will manage governance, risk, and executive reporting while aligning incentive and sales performance with enterprise objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; consulting background preferred.
• Typically 4–6 years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• 4+ years in a solution lead, workstream lead or project leadership role.
• Experience leading SPM, Incentive/Commission Management, or Sales Compensation transformations.
• Strong SAP SPM expertise and familiarity with related platforms (Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly).
• Proven consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP SPM transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Gather business requirements, run workshops, perform fit-gap analyses, define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical designs for SPM platforms.
• Oversee SAP SPM implementations, integrations, and data migrations.
• Define testing, UAT, defect management, and deployment readiness.
• Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decision-making.
• Collaborate with sales operations, finance to align incentive and performance goals.
• Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and delivery methodologies.
• Drive governance, risk management and executive reporting across programs.
• Manage global delivery teams with onshore/offshore resources.
