EY seeks an experienced SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM) Manager to lead large-scale transformation programs and cross-functional delivery across global teams. You will drive incentive compensation design, quota planning, and analytics within enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with SAP certifications.
• 4+ years delivering SAP transformation programs.
• Experience leading SPM, Incentive Compensation Management, Commission management implementations.
• Experience with Varicent, Anaplan, Xactly or similar SPM platforms.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP SPM transformation programs.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery across planning, execution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams.
• Engage with executives and stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Define solution roadmaps and testing strategies.
• Ensure adherence to SAP Best Practices and Clean Core principles.
