Job summary

EY seeks an experienced SAP SPM Manager to lead large-scale SPM transformation programs. You will drive requirements, design solutions, manage cross‑functional teams across regions, and ensure successful deployments with governance and risk management.

Experience with SAP SPM and related platforms is essential, as is exceptional client engagement, a strong delivery mindset, and willingness to travel up to 60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP transformation program delivery experience.
• Experience leading SPM or commission management transformations.
• Strong consulting and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience with SAP SPM or related platforms such as Varicent/Anaplan/Xactly.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SPM programs across all phases.
• Manage global onshore and offshore teams with governance.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define roadmaps.
• Translate business needs into functional/technical specs.
• Oversee implementations, data migration, and integrations.
• Define testing strategies and deployment readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Support AI-driven analytics and automation initiatives.
• Align incentive compensation with enterprise objectives.
