Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead SAP operations and managed services initiatives. You will manage onshore, nearshore, and offshore SAP delivery teams and ensure seamless post-transition support for key business processes.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive SAP domain knowledge (FICO/SCM/OTC/Procurement), experience with Agile methods, and a focus on customer outcomes within a hybrid EY model in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations experience.
• Experience with SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality support and resolve issues within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, or OTC).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization efforts.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore.
• Act as escalation point for complex SAP issues and drive root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
