Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead SAP operations and managed services across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams. You will manage post-transition support, ensure reliable deployments, and drive continuous improvement in a global, diverse environment.

The role requires hands-on SAP delivery leadership, strong stakeholder management, and experience in AMS/managed services within hybrid client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of SAP Operations or SAP projects experience.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Knowledge of Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.
• Understanding of Data Delivery and Management.
• Proficiency in Stakeholder Management is important.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality SAP support and issue resolution within key business processes.
• Providing hands-on SAP functional leadership across one primary domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, or OTC).
• Contributing to initiatives that drive continuous improvement and standardization.
• Ensuring adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
• Leading cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Serving as escalation point for complex issues and driving root cause analysis.
• Partnering closely with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
