Job summary

EY seeks a Senior SAP Operations leader to run post-transition support, deliver quality SAP-enabled services, and drive continuous improvement. You will lead onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, ensuring value realization for clients across Finance, SCM, Procurement, and OTC domains.

The role requires 5–7 years in SAP Operations, strong stakeholder management, and experience with managed services. A hybrid client-facing environment is offered with broad flexibility and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations experience.
• Expertise in Application Management is essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and Customer Support Operations.
• Knowledge of Data Delivery and Management.
• Stakeholder management important.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality SAP support within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, OTC).
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs in service delivery.
• Lead cross-location SAP delivery teams across onshore/nearshore/offshore.
• Escalation point for complex issues; drive root cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
