Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager to lead post‑transition SAP operations within Tech Ops. You will run and support technology projects, ensuring successful deployment to user communities and driving continuous improvement across delivery teams.

The role blends SAP management with hands‑on functional ownership, requiring leadership across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams and a strong emphasis on delivering value to clients in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant SAP Operations/AMS experience.
• Expertise in Application Management essential.
• Experience in SAP Managed Services or AMS operating models.
• Familiarity with Agile terminology and methods.
• Strong customer orientation and experience in Customer Support Operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality support and resolve issues within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership and issue resolution in one primary domain (FICO, SCM, Procurement, or OTC).
• Contribute to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs established by service delivery.
• Lead and manage cross-location SAP delivery teams (onshore, nearshore, offshore).
• Serve as escalation point and drive root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
