The ideal candidate has strong SAP ERP experience (S/4HANA, RISE/GROW), excellent communication, and a proven track record in Managed Services or AMS operating models within a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering quality SAP support within key business processes.
• Provide hands-on SAP functional leadership in one primary domain (FICO/SCM/OTC/Procurement).
• Lead and manage SAP delivery teams across locations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and OLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization initiatives.
• Act as escalation point for complex issues and root-cause analysis.
• Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
