SHI International Corp. in the United States is seeking a Director, Global Sales Strategy to lead our global sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and sales enablement functions.

You will drive partner-influenced growth, develop and execute strategic initiatives, and ensure sales teams have the knowledge, resources, and capabilities to achieve objectives. You will also lead a team of Program and Partner Managers supporting regional and vertical sales initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, partner management, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership experience managing programs, initiatives, or teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead global sales strategy and growth initiatives.
• Own partner alliance strategy and relationships.
• Develop and execute enablement programs for sales and partners.
• Lead and develop a team of Partner Managers.
• Define success metrics and report performance to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across regions and functions.
