Job summary

SHI International Corp. seeks a Director of Global Sales Strategy to lead strategy, partner ecosystem, and enablement to accelerate revenue growth. You will own programs that drive partner-influenced pipeline and align regional and vertical initiatives with corporate goals.

You will lead a team of Program and Partner Managers, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to deliver scalable enablement and high-impact campaigns across regions and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, partner management, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership of programs driving revenue growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to accelerate growth and improve sales effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
