SHI is seeking a Director, Global Sales Strategy to lead our worldwide sales framework, partner ecosystem, and enablement programs. You will drive growth through data‑driven initiatives, executive communication, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to accelerate revenue.

You will build and mentor a team of Partner Managers, align regional activities with the global strategy, and oversee performance metrics, dashboards, and strategic programs to maximize
