Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director, Global Sales Strategy to lead the organization’s global sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and sales enablement functions.

This role drives partner-influenced growth, develops strategic initiatives, and ensures sales teams have the resources to meet objectives. The ideal candidate has senior leadership experience in sales strategy, enablement, and partner management, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to accelerate revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
• 10+ years in sales strategy, partner management, or related roles.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead global sales strategy and partner initiatives to drive growth.
• Develop and manage partner programs, alliances, and GTM campaigns.
• Own enablement programs for sales and partner teams and measure adoption.
• Analyze performance data and report to senior leadership for decisions.
• Mentor a team of Partner Managers across regions and verticals.
