SHI International Corp. is seeking a Director of Global Sales Strategy to lead the organization’s worldwide sales strategy, partner ecosystem, and enablement programs.

The role drives partner-influenced growth and aligns sales initiatives with corporate objectives across global teams. The ideal candidate will combine leadership, sales strategy, and partner management with strong executive communication, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Learning & Development, and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; Business, Marketing, Sales, Management or related field.
• 10+ years in sales strategy, partner management, channel management, business development, enablement.
• Experience leading programs, cross-functional collaboration, and executive communication.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with ability to influence senior leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to accelerate growth and improve effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional programs across Sales, Marketing, Product and Operations.
• Own enablement strategy for internal sales teams and external partners.
• Lead a team of Partner Managers and drive regional/vertical initiatives.
• Define success metrics, dashboards, and reporting to measure program impact.
