Job summary

R&D is seeking a strategic Sales/Revenue Operations leader to partner with Sales, Finance, and GTM leadership from a US-based remote location (EST/CT). This role drives forecast accuracy, pipeline integrity, reporting standardization, and scalable operations across a global sales organization.

The ideal candidate brings analytical rigor, systems expertise, and a bias for execution, thriving in fast-paced environments and shaping critical processes during a growth phase.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Strong Salesforce reporting and data governance.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and large datasets.
• Ability to translate data into executive insights.
• Experience supporting global sales organizations and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Drive forecast accuracy and pipeline integrity.
• Own weekly and quarterly forecasting cadences.
• Support EOQ execution with data hygiene and reporting.
• Build and manage pipeline, bookings, and attainment reporting.
• Deliver executive-ready insights on pipeline and velocity.
• Partner with Sales Ops to enforce standardized processes.
• Standardize reporting structures and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and RevOps.
