• Coordinate global sales incentive strategy across Areas, Divisions, and Channels.
• Design, implement, and improve SIP measures, eligibility, and payout rules.
• Lead territory design and quota planning with Finance and Sales Operations.
• Maintain governance for SIP reviews, decisions, and escalations.
• Develop global analytics to monitor incentive performance and outcomes.
