Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Customer Incentive Coordinator to manage daily global settlement approvals for CIP, monitor CPS requests, and coordinate with BPO teams. You will update SOPs, provide training, and support CIP governance with key business groups.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years of CIP operations; on-site work at the 3M Center in Maplewood, MN is expected, with travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed and verified prior to start.
• Three years of customer incentive plan operations or related cross-functional operations in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Master's degree in Business is a plus; five years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily global settlement approvals for Customer Incentive Plans.
• Monitor, manage, and respond to CIP requests from Business Groups.
• Serve as central contact with BPO to troubleshoot CIP errors and updates.
