Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Customer Incentives Coordinator to manage global CIP settlements and serve as the central contact between Business Groups and the BPO team. You will own SOPs, drive improvements, and train CIP administrators during annual cycles.

The role emphasizes collaboration with global stakeholders, governance of CIP processes, and leveraging ROI dashboards to inform discussions and drive standardization across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
• Three (3) years of customer incentive plan operations, business operations, marketing operations, or related cross-functional operations in a private, public, government or military environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily global settlement approvals for Customer Incentive Plans.
• Monitor, manage, and respond to CIP mailbox requests.
• Coordinate with BPO operating team to troubleshoot CIP errors and updates.
• Maintain CIP SOPs and job aids; ensure timely updates.
• Document process changes related to ERP or software updates.
• Provide training and guidance to CIP administrators during annual cycle planning.
• Partner with Business Group stakeholders to support CIP governance and improvements.
• Utilize CIP ROI Dashboard insights to support stakeholder discussions and drive improvements.
• Identify operational needs and opportunities for standardization.
