Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Global Risk Management professional based in Ohio with the ability to visit Dublin, OH monthly and as needed for key relationship meetings. You will lead domestic and international primary casualty programs, manage captive reinsurance, and coordinate with actuaries and brokers to optimize risk transfer and cost efficiency.

This full-time role requires a Bachelor's in a related field and 8+ years of risk management experience; SAP and Origami experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 8+ years risk management experience and captive experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze laws, regulations and contracts with strong communication.
• Excel proficiency and SAP/Origami experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manages domestic and international primary casualty programs and captive reinsurance.
• Directs brokers for renewal strategies and carrier selection to optimize coverage and cost.
• Prepares risk reports, budgets, and loss experience analyses for leadership.
• Acts as system administrator for RMIS and supports due diligence on acquisitions.
• Presents risk insights to senior management and cross-functional partners.
