Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 8+ years risk management experience and captive experience preferred.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages domestic and international primary casualty commercial insurance programs and non-products umbrella.
• Negotiates policy terms and compliance with country regulations.
• Directs brokers in renewal strategies and carrier selection.
• Supports captive insurance company management and leverage captive reinsurance.
• Completes quarterly reserve analysis with actuaries and communicates results.
• Prepares insurance program costs, budgets and forecasts.
