Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years risk management experience with captive exposure.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Renew domestic and international casualty programs and non-products umbrella.
• Lead renewal negotiations and broker management.
• Support captive insurance operations and reinsurance arrangements.
• Prepare quarterly reserve analyses with actuaries.
• Develop insurance program costs forecasts and budgets.
• Review contracts to mitigate risk and draft insurance provisions.
