Job summary

BNY Mellon is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global RFP Manager in Boston, MA. You will lead a global RFP team, set standards, and drive strategic proposal activity across regions. Navigate complex RFPs, partner with Product, Sales, and Risk teams, and deliver high-quality proposals while advancing the global RFP operating model and content optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, Marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in proposal management, RFP leadership, or sales enablement in financial services.
• Experience leading global teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a global team of RFP professionals.
• Establish global standards, governance, performance metrics, and best practices.
• Lead the firm's most complex and strategic RFP opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Client Coverage/Relationship Management, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to deliver high-quality proposals.
• Provide strategic oversight, quality assurance, and executive review support across proposal activity.
• Drive process improvements, content management, AI adoption, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration across regions.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, risk, and information security requirements.
