Job summary

Franklin Templeton is seeking a Senior RFP Specialist to join the Global RFP Team. The role leads development of RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and client questionnaires, coordinating with Sales, Investments, Legal, and Marketing to deliver compelling, compliant responses.

You will mentor teammates, promote knowledge sharing, and continuously improve content, processes, and client experience in a hybrid Boston or Baltimore setting. A strong communications background and investment knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of proposal writing, RFP, DDQ, consultant database, or related experience.
• Lead complex proposal projects while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written, editing, analytical, and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint; experience with content management systems and AI tools preferred.
• Proven ability to build partnerships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across levels of the organization.
• Broad knowledge of investment products and financial markets, or ability to develop quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and coordination of complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and client questionnaires with accuracy and timely delivery.
• Partner with Sales, Consultant Relations, Investments, Product Management, Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Client Service and others to develop client-focused responses.
• Champion proposal quality by reviewing and guiding content for consistency, compliance, and brand alignment.
• Mentor colleagues, support onboarding, share best practices, and foster a collaborative team environment.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance knowledge management, and improve efficiency.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects while communicating timelines, risks, and status clearly.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, tech enhancements, and processes to improve scalability and client experience.
