Job summary

State Street Corporation in Boston seeks a seasoned Senior Proposal Manager to lead complex RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across NA/EMEA/APAC. You will manage cross-functional inputs from Sales, Investments, Product Specialists, and Legal/Compliance to ensure timely, accurate, and compelling proposals.

You will drive quality, governance, and continuous improvement while partnering with global teams to support strategic business development and client retention objectives.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of asset management experience, including RFP/RFI/DDQ writing.
• Strong knowledge of investment products and institutional sales support.
• Proficiency with Seismic, RFPio/Responsive, Qvidian, MS Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and surveys across NA, EMEA, APAC.
• Coordinate inputs with Sales, Investments, Product Specialists, and Legal/Compliance.
• Deliver high-quality submissions with accurate data and brand alignment.
• Drive process improvements, metrics, and automation initiatives.
