Job summary

NAVEX Global, Inc. is seeking an experienced RFP Manager to lead end-to-end responses across our global business.

You’ll coordinate with Sales, Product, Solutions Engineering, Legal, Security, and Compliance to deliver high-quality submissions that support revenue growth. You’ll leverage AI-enabled proposal technologies and automation to accelerate development, reduce manual effort, and improve content reuse.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in proposal management or related fields.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and automation to improve processes.
Experience with proposal management platforms such as RFPIO, Loopio, or Qvidian.
Experience utilizing generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Claude) to accelerate content creation.
Strong process-improvement mindset and data-driven decision making.
Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to influence without authority.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of assigned RFPs, security questionnaires, and customer information requests from intake through submission.
Develop response strategies, project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement plans to ensure high-quality submissions.
Coordinate cross-functional contributors including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Legal, Security, Compliance, and Customer Success.
Leverage AI-enabled proposal technologies and automation tools to reduce manual effort and improve response quality.
Continuously identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
Evaluate and optimize emerging AI and proposal management solutions to improve productivity and scalability.
Own and improve the proposal content library for accuracy, reusability, and searchability.
Partner with Product Marketing and Solutions Engineering to maintain high-value content and positioning.
Develop processes that maximize content reuse and minimize SME engagement.
Track proposal performance metrics and use data to drive improvements.
Establish SLAs for proposal development and cross-functional support.
Ensure submissions meet customer requirements and compliance standards.
Identify risks and resource constraints early and drive resolution.
