Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a Strategic Client Relationship RFP Manager within Global Client Services to lead and develop a multi-location team responsible for RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs that clearly communicate Capital Group's investment capabilities.

You will partner with leaders across Sales, Product, Data, Legal & Compliance to drive proposals, content quality, and scalable processes, leveraging AI and automation to boost efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in RFP, proposal management, or client servicing within asset management or financial services.
• Led and scaled high-performing RFP teams across multiple locations.
• Deep expertise in RFP, RFI, and DDQ processes, including content strategy, governance, quality assurance, and workflow management.
• Experience with proposal technologies, content platforms, automation, and AI.
• Skilled at partnering across Sales, Product, Data, Legal, and Compliance to align stakeholders.
