Remote People is hiring for a senior RevOps leader to own our global revenue operations strategy. You will partner with Finance and Sales to design and execute territory plans, forecast processes, and GTM tooling.

You will scale our RevOps function across systems and analytics, drive pipeline visibility, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve 10x ARR growth while supporting lead gen and candidate functions.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM strategy with 2+ years in leadership.
• Experience scaling RevOps in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• Deep knowledge of HubSpot, forecasting, reporting, and territory design.
• Experience managing GTM tools and integrations (CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn).
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills with executive-facing communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the global revenue operations strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Build revenue plan with Finance Lead and CRO; implement via territories and commissions.
• Improve forecast accuracy, pipeline efficiency, and full-funnel visibility.
• Manage HubSpot/Power BI architecture, data integrity, and integrations.
• Lead RevOps team across systems, analytics, and enablement.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance to drive scale and excellence.
• Provide insights to executives to drive ARR growth.
• Support lead generation to boost outbound efficiency.
• Support candidate functions (onboarding, CS, offboarding).
