411 Locals is seeking a hands-on Revenue Generation Expert to own, optimize, and scale the post-lead revenue engine in a remote, US-wide capacity. This role demands direct execution across RevOps, sales conversion, and pricing discipline, not advisory work.

You will build CRM workflows, dashboards, onboarding playbooks, and automated retention programs, using daily AI tools to drive first-payment conversion, improve LTV, and reduce churn.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of direct experience leading commercial organizations, RevOps, and post-lead monetization engines serving U.S. markets.
• Deep fluency in LTV, CAC, gross margins, first-payment rates, churn metrics, and revenue forecasting.
• Hands-on proficiency configuring RevOps tools and daily use of AI tools for execution.

Responsabilidades

• Sales Conversion & Pipeline Execution: Directly manage post-lead sales performance—auditing sales calls, optimizing closing processes, enforcing team SLAs, and improving first-payment conversion rates.
• RevOps & System Architecture: Personally build, configure, and optimize Revenue Operations workflows, CRM stages, collections pipelines, and real-time revenue reporting dashboards.
• Customer Lifecycle & Retention Systems: Design and execute onboarding protocols, automated upsell/cross-sell triggers, win-back campaigns, and churn mitigation frameworks to expand Customer Lifetime Value.
• Unit Economics & Pricing Discipline: Conduct pricing optimization and unit economic analysis to protect gross margins and increase revenue per customer and salesperson.
• AI-Native Process Building: Deploy daily AI tools and automation engines to streamline data analysis, automated forecasting, customer health tracking, and operational efficiency.
