Job summary

Reddit is seeking a senior leader to head Revenue Strategy & Operations for Global Large Customer Sales, serving as operating partner to the LCS leadership team. You will translate strategy into clear goals, disciplined execution, and measurable revenue outcomes across regions and segments.

You will own planning and forecasting, from annual targets to weekly reviews, and partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Ops to improve productivity and scale a globally coherent go-to-market

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in sales strategy or revenue operations.
• Experience leading strategy for large multi-region sales organizations, ideally with enterprise segments.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and ability to translate data into executive recommendations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and operating model for Global LCS and drive planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Sales to improve productivity and unlock demand.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and operating cadences for weekly and quarterly reviews.
• Lead and develop a global team of strategists, operators, and analysts.
