Job summary

Reddit is seeking a senior leader to head Revenue Strategy & Operations for Global Large Customer Sales, guiding planning, forecasting, and execution to drive growth across regions and segments.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to build cadence, improve productivity, and scale a global go‑to‑market model, based within commuting distance of North American hubs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across sales strategy, revenue operations, business ops, management consulting, or related functions; experience in digital advertising, ad tech, or media is required.
• Experience managing multi‑tiered teams, including people managers, and operating globally.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic partner to the Global LCS leadership team, shaping channel strategy and investment decisions.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning with Finance and regional sales leaders to build credible goals and capacity plans.
• Establish and run the global business rhythm with weekly revenue reviews and executive reporting.
• Build a single view of LCS performance across regions, segments, pipeline, revenue, and product adoption.
• Own the LCS forecasting process and drive forecast accuracy and accountability.
• Use market and competitive data to size opportunities and develop programs that grow Reddit’s share of large advertiser budgets.
• Partner with sales leaders to scale a globally coherent go‑to‑market strategy while adapting to local dynamics.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and operating mechanisms for launching and scaling new programs.
• Identify initiatives to improve sales productivity and reduce operational friction.
• Build partnerships across Finance, Marketing, Product, and Data teams to remove revenue blockers.
• Lead a global team of strategists and analysts with a culture of rigor and accountability.
