Reddit is seeking a senior leader to drive Revenue Strategy & Operations for Global Large Customer Sales (LCS), serving as the operating partner to the global LCS leadership team. You will translate strategy into goals, execute plans, and deliver measurable revenue outcomes across regions, verticals, and customer segments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in sales strategy, revenue operations, or related fields with digital advertising or ad tech exposure.
• Experience leading global-scale, multi-region sales organizations and multi-tier teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Set and own the strategy for Reddit Global LCS, aligning with regional and vertical leaders.
• Lead annual/quarterly planning, forecasting, and performance reviews with executive visibility.
• Develop repeatable operating cadences, dashboards, and playbooks to scale programs and routes to market.
• Collaborate across Finance, Marketing, Product, Data Science, and Engineering to remove blockers.
