Reddit, Inc. seeks a senior leader to head Revenue Strategy & Operations for Global Large Customer Sales (LCS). You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to translate strategy into measurable revenue outcomes across regions, verticals, and customer segments.

You will own planning, forecasting, and the rollout of growth initiatives, building a globally coherent go-to-market model while adapting to local dynamics.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or related roles.
• Experience leading strategy for a complex, multi-region sales organization.
• Deep knowledge of digital advertising, ad tech, or large enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Shape channel strategy, priorities, and operating model for Global LCS.
• Lead annual/quarterly planning with finance and regional leaders.
• Establish weekly/monthly/quarterly business rhythms and reporting.
• Own the LCS forecasting process and drive forecast accuracy.
• Size opportunities using market data and size whitespace in large accounts.
• Develop scalable go-to-market programs and learning playbooks.
