Reddit, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to drive Revenue Strategy & Operations for the Global Large Customer Sales channel.

The role partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to translate strategy into measurable revenue outcomes across regions, verticals, and customer segments. You will own planning, forecasting, resource allocation, and execution of high-impact growth initiatives, with responsibility to scale a globally coherent go-to-market model.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience across sales strategy and revenue operations.
• Experience leading strategy for a complex, multi-region sales organization.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, monetization, and marketplace dynamics.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Shape channel strategy, priorities, and investment decisions for Global LCS.
• Lead annual and quarterly planning with finance and regional leaders.
• Establish global business rhythm: revenue reviews, BBRs, and executive reporting.
• Build a unified view of LCS performance across regions, segments, and product adoption.
• Own LCS forecasting process and improve forecast accuracy.
