Reddit, Inc. seeks a senior leader to head Revenue Strategy & Operations for Global Large Customer Sales.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Business Operations to translate strategy into goals, forecast demand, and allocate resources for growth across regions and customer segments. You will own planning, performance management, and execution of high-impact initiatives, building a globally coherent go-to-market model and leading a high-performing team of strategists

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership in sales strategy or revenue operations.
• Experience leading multi-region sales organizations, including enterprise or strategic segments.
• Deep understanding of digital advertising, ad tech, and marketplace dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead Global LCS strategy, operating model, and investment decisions.
• Own annual/quarterly planning with finance and regional leaders.
• Establish weekly revenue reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop a global view of LCS performance across regions and segments.
• Own the forecasting process and drive accuracy improvements.
• Build repeatable playbooks to launch/ramp new sales programs.
